Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller – CRM Executive to manage customer calls, maintain updated CRM records, and support lead follow-ups. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are confident communicators and comfortable handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
• Update, manage, and maintain entries in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
• Provide information about products/services as required.
• Maintain call logs, feedback, and follow-up status.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead management targets.
• Assist in building and maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome).
• Education: 12th pass/Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Tamil/English or regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Pleasant voice and confident telephone communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
