Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form content: Reels, YouTube videos, and Podcasts.
• Add transitions, text overlays, music, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Clean and sync audio/video for podcasts to ensure professional quality.
• Repurpose content into highlights, reels, and snippets for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce content that aligns with the brand's voice.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media content style.
• Basic knowledge of sound mixing and audio clean-up.
• Ability to manage multiple edits with tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Motion graphics/animation (After Effects or similar).
• Thumbnail creation and graphic design basics.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and content trends.
• Awareness of social-first editing styles (reels, shorts, viral formats).
