Job Description

  1. Position Overview

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, an eye for design aesthetics, and proficiency in both static and motion design. The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design

  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for social media posts, event collaterals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Design promotional assets such as posters, brochures, infographics, logos, and branding kits.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and client requirements.
  • Video Editing

  • Edit raw video footage into polished content for podcasts, social media, YouTube, and event highlight reels.
  • Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the content and production team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content creation teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing tools, and industry best practices.
  • Suggest new creative approaches to elevate brand visibility and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a

    Graphic Designer & Video Editor

    (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design/editing tools.

  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create short-form content (reels, shorts) and long-form videos.
  • Familiarity with social media content formats and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and camera handling (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in design and video editing (agency or event/branding industry experience preferred).
