Description

ASTA CRS INC is seeking a Junior US IT Bench Sales Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the US IT staffing market, specializing in Bench Sales and marketing candidates on various employment visas, including USC, GC, H1B, TN, H4-EAD, OPT/CPT, GC EAD, and H1B-Transfers. The role demands a proactive, results-driven individual skilled in resume creation, client relationship management, and end-to-end IT staffing sales.


Key Responsibilities

Bench Sales Cycle Management: Involve in the entire cycle of IT Staffing Sales, from understanding client needs to submitting matched consultant profiles.

Candidate Resume Creation: Create compelling resumes for bench candidates for various roles, including Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, and Project Manager.

Client & Vendor Development: Identify and engage with clients and vendors with potential contract positions, building strong relationships to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

Profile Submission: Submit bench candidate profiles to clients and vendors, coordinating closely to obtain rate confirmations and finalize terms.

Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates based on candidate experience, aligning with client and vendor requirements.

Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and relay critical information to both candidates and the recruitment team.

Relationship Management: Maintain continuous communication with vendors and consultants, developing strong, long-term relationships for sustained collaboration.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years in US IT Bench Sales Marketing.

Visa Knowledge: Proficiency in handling various work visas, including USC, GC, H1B, TN, H4-EAD, OPT/CPT, GC EAD, and H1B-Transfers.

Resume Crafting: Strong skills in creating effective resumes tailored to different IT roles. [Must have]

Sales Acumen: Proven experience in the full cycle of IT staffing sales and ability to understand client requirements and match consultant profiles accordingly.

Client & Vendor Interaction: Skilled in identifying and engaging clients/vendors, building relationships, and negotiating rates.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interactions with clients, vendors, and consultants.
