Job Description

Assist senior engineers in design, development, and implementation of technical projects.
Provide technical support in installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment or systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/system issues under supervision.
Support documentation of technical reports, user manuals, and standard procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and report issues to relevant teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, and maintenance.
Perform routine inspections, checks, and data collection as required.
Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, etc.).
0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings.
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD/SolidWorks, PLCs, or relevant industry software (optional but preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in shifts or extended hours as per project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
