Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Submittals

Prepare Submittals
(PDF drawing exports, reports, DSTV files and others as required per clients specific standards).
Communicate with internal teams to address any submittal issues or revisions.

2. Hardware & Workstation Support (Main Focus)

Install, configure, and

maintain

desktops, monitors, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware issues
and performance problems
Prepare, image, rebuild, and replace devices when required
Maintain hardware inventory

3. Software Installation & Basic Support

Install and configure approved company software
Troubleshoot basic OS or application issues related to hardware
Support user license setup and access configuration

4. Network & Access Assistance

Assist with user account setup, permissions, and workstation connectivity
Troubleshoot VPN, printer connectivity, and basic network issues
Escalate complex access or network problems to senior staff
