Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in designing, coding, and testing scalable software applications Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with guidance from senior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, QA, and support Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems Stay updated with emerging trends and apply best practices in development What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 0–2 years of hands-on software development experience ✔️ Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, or C# ✔️ Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, and modern frameworks (preferred) ✔️ Good problem-solving and communication skills ✔️ Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (B.E./B.Tech/MCA) Why Join AGS?
