Job Title: Junior Software Engineer Introduction: We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our growing development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to contribute to meaningful software projects, learn from experienced engineers, and grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about coding, eager to learn, and ready to support the team in building and maintaining scalable software applications. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using C++, or C#. Code Maintenance: Support the maintenance and improvement of existing codebases by fixing bugs and implementing minor enhancements. Learning & Growth: Learn and apply software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, and version control. Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver assigned tasks on time. Documentation: Contribute to project documentation, including user guides and technical notes for features or fixes. Tools & Automation: Support the team with basic scripting and automation tasks to streamline workflows. Debugging: Assist in identifying and resolving software issues under the guidance of senior team members. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree (or final year of study) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C++, or C#. Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, Visual Studio Code). Exposure to CI/CD concepts and basic scripting is a plus. Problem-Solving: Willingness to tackle technical challenges and learn from feedback and mentoring. Communication: Ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) through coursework or personal projects. Experience with web technologies (e.g., Django, NodeJS, or Flutter). Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or university coding competitions.
