Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in managing our clients’ social media presence, executing content calendars, engaging with audiences, and driving community growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and executing monthly social media calendars for various clients.
  • Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers to ensure the timely delivery of posts.
  • Schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter using tools like Buffer, Later, or native platform scheduling.
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy aligned with the brand voice and audience.
  • Ideate creative post ideas (static, carousel, reels) in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Monitor client pages for comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to DMs and comments, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) for all client accounts.
  • Create basic monthly performance reports with observations and recommendations.
  • Research & Trend Tracking:
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices.
  • Suggest ideas for reels, trends, and campaigns to keep client pages fresh and relevant.
  • Support the execution of social media ad campaigns (training will be provided).
  • Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations if needed.
