Junior Security Officer

Job Knowledge

• Ensuring to protect the company properties, people, processes from harms and damages due to untoward incidents and different emergencies.
• Knowledge to work in all A, B, C, & general shift duties with command control over the security and fire crew teams & motivate for better duty performance i.e Good discipline, security patrolling/duty posts deployment of men suitably for ensuring smooth functioning of security, fire safety activities and rescue operations also giving reports about the abnormalities to higher authorities time to time.
• Conducting training sessions awareness on recent incidents/accidents to make men moral boosting enhancing their skills.
• Ensure effective access control on people and material through suitable gates, frisking and checking & making required entries and elimination of trespassing/abnormalities if found any and reporting the same higher authorities.
• Daily situation reports based on last 24 hours activities, incidents/accident.
• Knowledge on monitoring and measuring all the department activities and discuss with team to eliminate the gaps found if any.

Educational Qualifications

• 10 plus 2 and above.
• Experience in industrial security.

Experience:

• 10+ years

Skills required:

• Candidates preferred from ex defense paramilitary services/industrial security.
• Written and Verbal Communication.
• Expert Knowledge of Reading, writing and Speaking Telugu.
• Knowledge on access control and its documentation.
• Vigilant on against the policy violating forces.
• Deals with catastrophic and emergency situations.
• Knowledge of MS-WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge on fire safety prevention and Firefighting.
• Manage Multiple Tasks.
• Judgment.
• Integrity and team work.
• Untoward incident reporting Skills.
