Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and supervise security operations across all Plant locations.
Manage and lead the security workforce, ensuring round-the-clock vigilance and discipline.
Develop and enforce security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans.
Oversee CCTV monitoring, access control, visitor management, and incident reporting systems.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and preventive checks.
Coordinate closely with local law enforcement, fire, and emergency response agencies.
Handle investigations of security breaches, theft, or other incidents.
Organize training and drills for security staff on safety, emergency, and first-aid protocols.
Prepare monthly security reports and manage the departments budget effectively.
