Job Description:

Position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior SAP IBP/CIDS Consultant with hands-on experience in IBP monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth IBP process execution, manage monitoring tasks, and support incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ 2+ years of experience in SAP IBP and CI-DS integration.

✓ Strong understanding of IBP modules (especially Demand/Supply Planning).

✓ Experience in creating data flows, tasks, and process chains in CPI-DS.

✓ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or BW data sources.

✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✓ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

✓ Perform basic configuration checks and support recurring monitoring routines.

✓ Follow up on alerts, system health dashboards, and workflow statuses.

✓ Support the team in testing and validating fixes for reported issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

✓ 2–4 years of experience in SAP IBP, CI/DS preferably in a monitoring or support role.

✓ Understanding of IBP modules like Demand, Supply, or Inventory is a plus.

✓ Knowledge of SAP CI/CI and SDI monitoring tools.

✓ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

✓ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

✓ Ability to work in shifts (if applicable) and under SLA-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

✓ Exposure to IBP job templates, application logs, or planning operators.

✓ Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

✓ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
