Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and result-driven Junior Sales Executive to support the outreach and enrolment efforts for our Executive MBA programme. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage working professionals and convert interest into admissions.

This is a target-based role requiring consistency, ownership, and a performance-driven approach to meet monthly and quarterly admission goals.

Sales & Outreach

  • Identify and connect with prospective candidates through structured outreach (calls, emails, digital platforms). Target-based profile.
  • Present programme offerings aligned with the candidate's career aspirations.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the entire admission funnel with timely follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term engagement with leads and prospects.
  • Ensure a seamless and supportive counselling experience from first contact to final enrolment.
  • Handle queries and objections with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Sales Planning and Strategic Execution

  • Formulate and implement structured weekly and monthly sales plans aligned with performance targets, leveraging CRM tools or Google Sheets to track lead progression and conversion metrics.
  • Drive candidate engagement through a multi-channel outreach strategy, including calls, WhatsApp, emails, and webinars, while tailoring communication to align with individual career objectives and decision-making timelines.
  • Enhance conversion outcomes by utilising alumni referrals, maintaining consistent and value-driven follow-ups, addressing objections effectively, and nurturing trust through timely programme updates.
  • Analyse performance data and lead feedback to refine sales approaches continuously, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and end-to-end candidate support.

Market Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and report feedback from prospects to improve communication strategies.
  • Contribute to refining outreach materials and messaging.
  • Participate in team reviews to assess sales performance and identify improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counselling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital communication tools.
