We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our sales team, promote our products, and help expand our client base. Candidates with a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and field sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating leads and supporting sales efforts for our Ayurvedic products and services.
• Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.
• Help achieve sales targets by following up on leads and opportunities.
• Conduct basic market research and gather information on competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools and prepare simple reports as needed.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and promotional events.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (Ayurveda, Pharma, FMCG, or wellness industry preferred).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to work under guidance.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred; business, marketing, or related field advantageous).
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
