Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Safety Officer with 1–3 years of experience in construction safety to assist in maintaining and monitoring safety standards at high-rise and Mivan construction sites. The ideal candidate should hold an ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) or a Diploma in Fire Safety and possess a solid understanding of basic safety procedures, hazard identification, and emergency response. The role involves supporting the Senior Safety Officer in daily inspections, documentation, and compliance activities to ensure a safe and secure work environment for all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations at the site.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify and report unsafe acts and conditions.
• Support in organizing toolbox talks, safety induction programs, and training sessions for workers.
• Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
• Maintain safety documentation including inspection reports, checklists, and training records.
• Report incidents, near misses, and safety violations to the Senior Safety Officer.
• Coordinate with the security team for inward/outward material movement and site safety checks.
• Participate in fire safety drills, emergency preparedness, and evacuation exercises.
• Stay updated on the latest safety standards and site management practices.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) or Diploma in Fire Safety – Mandatory.
• Experience: 1–3 years in construction safety, preferably in high-rise or Mivan projects.
• Knowledge of safety norms, hazard control measures, and emergency response protocols.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under supervision.
• Physically fit and committed to maintaining a safe work culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹224,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
