Junior Research Associate – Nanomaterials

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research Associate with expertise in nanomaterial sciences and a foundational understanding of meteorology. The ideal candidate will contribute to research, development and testing of advanced nanomaterials for industrial and environmental applications. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory research and experiments on nanomaterial synthesis, characterization and applications.

• Prepare, analyze and interpret data related to particle size, morphology and material behavior.

• Utilize analytical instruments (Particle Size Analyzer, BET, Jet Mill, Sand Mill) to study material properties.

• Support projects involving the interaction of nanomaterials with environmental and atmospheric conditions.

• Apply basic meteorological concepts in understanding material performance in varying conditions.

• Document experimental results, prepare technical reports and present findings to the R&D team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Material Science, Nanotechnology or related field (minimum requirement).

• Experience: 1–3 years of research or industry experience in nanomaterials, chemistry, or material sciences.

• Strong knowledge of nanomaterial synthesis and characterization techniques.

• Operational knowledge of sinterting, calcination, bead milling, etc.

• Basic understanding of meteorological principles and their relevance to materials research.

• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety procedures.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
