Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically qualified candidate who can support the preparation and maintenance of regulatory and technical documents for CE marking and product compliance in the industrial or electrical products domain. Prior experience is not necessary; basic knowledge of document handling and a willingness to learn are sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining documents for CE Marking of electrical/mechanical products.
• Organize and manage technical files, product manuals, test reports, and declarations.
• Help in drafting Declaration of Conformity, labels, and instruction sheets.
• Work with internal teams to gather technical data, specifications, and certificates.
• Maintain proper version control and document tracking.
• Learn to follow basic regulatory guidelines for electrical safety, machinery, or EMC compliance.
• Support in audit preparation and document submission if required.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, components, or industrial products.
• Good with organizing documents and maintaining digital records.
• Familiar with MS Office tools (especially Word & Excel).
• Willing to learn standards like CE Marking, ISO, IEC, or BIS as required.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Awareness of CE Marking, ISO standards, or product certifications.
• Internship or project work related to technical documentation.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
