Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source suitable candidates from various online job portals and databases based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the interview process.
Maintain and update candidate and client data using Excel and internal databases.
Prepare reports and track recruitment activities using intermediate Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, data entry).
Follow up with candidates and clients to gather feedback post-interview.
Assist the recruitment team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresh graduate or candidate with 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple client and candidate interactions simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and organized with a professional approach.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable coordinating with clients and candidates remotely (phone/email/video calls).
