Key Responsibilities:

• Source profiles for product-based roles from US-specific job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and Monster, as well as India-specific platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify and assess top talent.
• Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Leverage ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate job offers and assist in managing payroll processes for candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful recruitment outcomes and align strategies with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Strong Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other recruitment tools.
• Experience with interviewing and talent screening.
• Ability to conduct market research and track industry trends.
• Negotiation skills and experience in closing roles.
• Familiarity with payroll management processes.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in closing roles for product-based companies is essential.
• Experience with recruiting for US-based roles is a plus.
• Willingness to join on paid trial of 2-6 months.
