Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments at Acenzo LLP. Collaborate with the HR Manager to assess hiring needs and craft effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth experience. Maintain and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate data. Support offer negotiations and onboarding in partnership with HR and leadership teams. Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives and internship initiatives. Generate recruitment reports and suggest improvements to optimize the hiring process.
