Job Description

Primary Job Title: Talent Acquisition AssociateIndustry: HR services & talent solutions operating in the recruitment, employer branding, and staffing sector. We partner with growth-stage companies and startups across India to build high-performing teams through targeted sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. This is a fully remote role based in India focused on early-career talent acquisition and operational hiring support.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on Junior Recruiter to join a fast-paced talent team. You will help source quality candidates, manage candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle, and support end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, hungry to learn sourcing techniques, and eager to grow into a full-stack talent acquisition role.Role & Responsibilities
  • Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and niche channels using Boolean search and proactive outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and assess candidate fit against job briefs.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, manage scheduling, and ensure timely feedback loops.
  • Manage candidate data and pipelines in the ATS; update records and maintain accurate hiring dashboards.
  • Support offer preparation, reference checks, and candidate onboarding logistics as directed by the TA lead.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing playbooks, job descriptions, and employer branding outreach.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Practical use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Hands-on candidate sourcing and screening experience
  • Familiarity with major job portals and resume databases
  • Strong calendar management and interview coordination skills
  • Clear written and spoken English for candidate outreach and stakeholder communication

Preferred

  • Experience with recruitment CRMs or hiring analytics dashboards
  • Exposure to campus hiring or early-career talent programs
  • Knowledge of basic employer branding or social recruitment tactics
