Position: Junior Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad , Sindhubhavan Road
Experience: 0.6 – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job descriptions and requirements for various roles
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist in onboarding and offer roll-out formalities
• Maintain recruitment reports and trackers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant field
• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
