About the Role.

We are looking for an innovative Junior Python Engineer to join our core engineering team.

This is not a standard web-development role. You will move beyond simple APIs to build intelligent information retrieval systems. You will design complex data pipelines that provide traceable, evidence-based insights to professionals in the healthcare industry. We value logic, code structure, and data integrity over simple scripting.

Structure of the Role

• Phase 1 (Month 0-6): You will join as a Trainee Engineer on a fixed stipend. You will undergo rigorous training on our specific technology stack, Advanced Search Algorithms, and GxP Compliance.
• Phase 2 (Month 7+): Upon successful performance review, you will be converted to a Full-Time Systems Engineer with a revised salary package and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Search Systems: Build efficient data retrieval modules to fetch accurate information from large document sets.
• Workflow Logic: Design structured, modular workflows that can process complex user requests logically and sequentially.
• Data Integrity: Implement tracking systems to ensure every data point output by the system can be traced back to its source (Audit trails).
• Database Optimization: Manage high-performance databases (SQL and NoSQL) for efficient data storage and query speed.
• System Transparency: Write logic that ensures the system's outputs are verifiable and transparent, not "black box" decisions.
• Full-Stack Integration: Deploy backend logic using Python frameworks (Flask/FastAPI) and ensure seamless integration with the core platform.

What We Need (Requirements)

• Education: BE/BTech or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
• Core Tech: Strong expertise in Python is non-negotiable.
• NLP & Logic: Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and libraries (e.g., Transformers, spaCy, or similar).
• Database Skills: Proficiency with SQL and understanding of how to structure data for fast retrieval.
• Mindset: The "Builder" Mindset – A passion for building ethical, reliable, and bug-free software systems.

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Airflow).
• Understanding of CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Docker, Git/GitHub, and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS.
