Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Jira Administration & Tracking
• Create and manage Jira projects, boards, and workflows.
• Add/update issues, epics, stories, and tasks.
• Configure filters, dashboards, and reports for teams.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for Jira users.
• Integrate Jira with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack.
• Agile / Scrum Support
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help teams adopt Scrum principles and Agile mindset.
• Track and remove impediments/blockers for developers.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining and refining the product backlog.
• Use Jira for sprint tracking, velocity charts, and burndown reports.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence (requirements, decisions, MoM, etc.).
• Record and circulate minutes of meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
• Ensure collaboration between developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Support regular status updates and progress tracking for management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (navigation, workflows, filters, dashboards).
• Working knowledge of Confluence for documentation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to interact with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently.
• Any Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory.
