Job Summary:

Junior Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining websites, web applications, and internal tools.
• Write basic code using

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

  , or similar technologies.
• Support in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting code issues.
• Collaborate with the team on new feature development and bug fixes.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies as required.
• Ensure code is organized, documented, and follows company standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge in C# and ASP.NET
• Assistance in developing and maintaining Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Windows Application and Internal tools.
• Should know front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
• Familiarity with any programming framework (e.g., Bootstrap, Laravel, React) is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver tasks on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in programming/web development.
• Internship or project-based experience will be considered a plus.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for programming are also welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have):

• Exposure to Git, VS Code, or any IDE tools.
• Understanding of how websites work (front-end/back-end).
• Basic knowledge of database and server concepts.
