Junior Procurement Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Executive to join our team and support day-to-day purchasing and vendor coordination activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, communicating with suppliers, and maintaining procurement records to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers.
• Collect quotations and compare rates, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on material deliveries.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Coordinate with project and accounts teams for purchase approvals and payments.
• Ensure timely availability of materials required for ongoing projects.
• Support in cost optimization and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management (Science/Engineering background preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase coordination (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
