Junior Procurement Executive

Role Overview: As a Procurement Executive at WaterScience, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Getting procurement requirements from the production and inventory teams. - Contacting suppliers, requesting quotations, and samples. - Negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders. - Coordinating pickups and deliveries from vendors to our warehouse. - Tracking order status and following up regularly. - Maintaining records and updating procurement logs. Qualifications Required: - Good communication & negotiation skills. - Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets knowledge. - Being detail-oriented and process-driven.
