Junior PPC (Production, Planning & Control) Engineer

1. Job Purpose

To ensure smooth planning and coordination of production activities by preparing job cards, assembly cards, and updating production progress in ERP.
The role supports the Assistant PPC Engineer in daily tracking, communication, and ensuring plan adherence.

Key AccountabilitiesNo.Key Accountabilities1Prepare production job cards (physical & ERP) as per approved plan.2Prepare assembly cards for cleanroom operations and maintain records.3Update daily production progress in the planning sheet and ERP.4Coordinate with Production, Assembly, and Surface Process teams for daily output status.5Take daily follow-ups from all departments and escalate issues to the Assistant PPC Engineer.6Support in preparing and updating weekly/monthly production plans.7Maintain documentation and ensure timely completion of production-related paperwork.3. 7. Education & Experience

Education:

• Required: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Skills: ERP & Excel proficiency
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Lean / 5S principles

Experience:

• Required: 0–2 years in production planning or manufacturing coordination
• Preferred: Experience in medical device or precision manufacturing industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
