Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Junior Performance Marketer to support paid campaigns

across digital platforms. You’ll focus on execution — setting up, optimizing, and

monitoring campaigns — to generate qualified leads for EIMR’s programs.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Performance Marketer, who will guide on strategy,

targeting, and creatives. Your role is to execute efficiently and ensure campaigns run

smoothly and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Manage daily campaign operations — ad setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize campaigns based on metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rate.
  • Analyse CRM data and compare with respective platforms for accurate daily tracking
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to implement creatives and ad copies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Maintain campaign reports and dashboards using Google Sheets/Data Studio.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages under guidance.
  • Support in keyword research, ad copywriting, and competitor benchmarking.

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of hands-on experience in Paid ad campaign execution (internship or full-time).
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google analytics & Analytics tools.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with education or edtech marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹245,000.00 per year
