Junior Officer production

Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:
1. Responsible for Operation, cleaning, and primary maintenance of compression machine, metal detector, Lifting and positioning device, IPQC instrument. 2. Responsible for recording of activity in logbooks, Batch manufacturing record & Responsible for complete documentation as required in the manufacturing of product and the cleaning of facilities and equipment, following cGMP’s and good documentation practices. 3. To Ensure equipment cleaning before line clearance as per standard operating procedure 4. To perform all in-process checks and monitoring all intermediate processes in compression stages. 5. To select recipes and set process parameters in PLC/SCADA of compression machine, IPQC instruments HMI & ensure its correctness. 6. Responsible for Issuance, utilization, cleaning, and retrieval of tablet tooling’s and machine change parts with its inventory. 7. Responsible for set up, changeover, and operation of various manufacturing equipment’s but not limited to compression area. 8. Responsible for reporting and/or escalating any conditions or problems that may affect the quality or integrity of product to supervisor and HOD production. 9. Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean and safe working environment always and notifies supervisor immediately of any safety concerns, accidents or injuries are observed. 10. To ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes, to check set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BMR before machine run in compression area. 11. Compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Hormone Facility & to follow GDP with data-integrity compliance. 12. To Complete the training and training record as per stipulated time. 13. Responsible for preparation and usage of Disinfectant and cleaning agent solution as per defined procedures. 14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, SOPs and Safety regulations.
