Role Overview:

Junior Meta Ads Expert

freshers who want to grow into a full-fledged media buyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns
• Support in setting up ad sets, audiences, and creatives
• Learn to track and optimize campaigns for metrics like CPL, CTR, CPA & ROAS
• Set up pixels, events, conversions, and basic tracking
• Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives & copy
• Prepare weekly performance reports and insights
• Stay updated with Meta Ads changes, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager (preferred)
• Strong interest in digital marketing & paid ads
• Good communication and analytical thinking
• Ability to work full-time in-office (Mon–Sat)
• Eagerness to learn media buying and scale your skills

Nice to Have:

• Basic experience running personal or project-based ads
• Canva/design familiarity
• Meta Blueprint certification (optional)
