Established in 1902 and originally founded by Mr. W.B. Shewan, Shewan Tannery has been a pivotal unit in the production of Vegetable Tanned leather. Taken over by Late Mr. Ehsan Ul Haq in 1947, it has since been a family-run business. Over time, the tannery expanded its production to include a wide range of Chrome tanned leather products starting in the early 1970s. Today, Shewan Tannery is a modern Chrome Tanning unit offering a vast product line, including leather goods and shoes.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Merchandiser based in Kanpur, with some work from home allowed. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting with product selection, inventory management, and sales analysis. The role involves working closely with suppliers, negotiating prices, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with retail teams, tracking sales data, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
