Role Overview
We’re seeking a passionate Junior Merchandiser to support our product and inventory management efforts. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented individual with a flair for retail fashion and pet product styling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for merchandising: order placement, stock monitoring, and ensuring timely replenishment
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth product flow
• Assist with visual merchandising—arrange and update product displays for photo shoots
• Analyze sales trends and inventory data to forecast demand and manage budgets
• Assist design and production teams with fabric, trim, and packaging selection
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, warehouse, and customer-service teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in merchandising—apparel, accessories, or consumer goods
• Good organizational and numerical skills; proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Passion for pets and pet-wear a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
