Role Overview We’re seeking a passionate Junior Merchandiser to support our product and inventory management efforts. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented individual with a flair for retail fashion and pet product styling. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations for merchandising: order placement, stock monitoring, and ensuring timely replenishment Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth product flow Assist with visual merchandising—arrange and update product displays for photo shoots Analyze sales trends and inventory data to forecast demand and manage budgets Assist design and production teams with fabric, trim, and packaging selection Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, warehouse, and customer-service teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field 0–2 years of experience in merchandising—apparel, accessories, or consumer goods Good organizational and numerical skills; proficiency in MS Excel is a plus Team player with effective communication skills Passion for pets and pet-wear a strong plus.
