As a Merchandise Designer at Mutt Of Course, you will have the exciting opportunity to use your skills in Design Thinking, Negotiation, and Pattern making to create innovative and stylish products for our furry friends. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new product ideas that align with our brand aesthetic and customer preferences.
Use Design Thinking methodologies to conduct research, ideate, and prototype new products that address the needs of pet owners.
Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost-effective production of high-quality merchandise.
Utilize your expertise in Pattern making to create custom designs for pet apparel and accessories.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to inspire fresh ideas and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure product designs meet market demands and drive sales.
Continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
