Job Summary:

Junior Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

Support the
merchandising team
in planning and order follow-ups.
Coordinate with
suppliers and vendors
for sourcing of trims, fabrics, and accessories.
Prepare and maintain
order tracking sheets
and follow up on sample submissions and approvals.
Assist in
costing, purchase order creation
, and maintaining vendor databases.
Ensure
timely delivery
of materials and production as per buyer schedules.
Coordinate with
production, quality, and logistics
teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor approvals for
fabric, trims, and accessories
.
Assist in preparing
reports and documentation
for internal and buyer reviews.

Required Skills:

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (especially Excel)
.
Basic understanding of
garment production and sourcing process
.
