Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with retail teams, assisting in sales planning, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role involves analyzing market trends, liaising with customers to understand their requirements, and supporting marketing efforts to drive sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a streamlined purchasing experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and retail staff.
Knowledge in Sales and Retail to support inventory management, sales strategies, and product placement.
