Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Goregaon West, Mumbai for a Junior Merchandiser / Inventory Management. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for

Stock Checking & Updates

• Keep track of fabrics, trims, packaging, and ready T-shirts.
• Update Excel or software daily/weekly.
• Inform the team if stock is running low or selling fast.

Reordering

• Help calculate when new stock should be ordered.
• Raise purchase requests or follow up with suppliers.
• Make sure we always have extra stock of best-selling items.

Receiving & Sending Goods

• Check all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Match delivery bills with actual items received.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

Stock Counting (Audits)

• Take part in weekly/monthly stock counts.
• Match physical stock with system records.
• Report missing, damaged, or mismatched items.

Dispatch & Logistics

• Prepare packing lists for shipments.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics for timely delivery.
• Help with labeling or barcoding if needed.

Reporting

• Make daily/weekly stock movement reports.
• Point out slow-moving or unsold stock.

Share insights to help in planning sales and stock clearance

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in inventory management is a plus
