Junior Merchandiser

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Merchandiser to join our team. The role involves supporting the merchandising team in managing product development, vendor coordination, order follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution from sampling to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in product development and sampling process.

Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for samples, pricing, and production timelines.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders and track order status.

Follow up on approvals for fabrics, trims, and samples.

Assist in monitoring inventory, stock levels, and product availability.

Support in cataloging, product uploads, and ensuring accuracy in product details.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality, logistics).

Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to orders and merchandise.

Assist in analyzing sales reports and identifying trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or related roles (freshers can also apply).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Passion for fashion and merchandising.
