Role: Junior Marketing Manager

About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to lead content, campaigns, and brand storytelling at India’s first luxury in-city wellness sanctuary. You’ll help shape how the brand is seen, drive growth campaigns, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the ethos of wellness, luxury, and bespoke experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Trendspotting & insights: Keep ahead of wellness, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle trends, online and offline.
  • Content & creative oversight: Drive campaign concepts across digital, email, and offline channels; partner with designers/creatives; maintain brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Execution & optimisation: Run growth and awareness campaigns, measure impact, pivot fast.
  • Customer storytelling & brand positioning: Shape brand narratives across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, service, guest experience, and wellness teams to craft authentic offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years in marketing/brand/digital, preferably in wellness, beauty, or luxury.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (social media, email, content strategy).
  • Creative mindset, proactive, with strong aesthetic taste.
  • Analytical instincts to interpret campaign performance and customer feedback.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and writing skills.
