📌 Experience in hospitality marketing preferred

Latoya is a vibrant Latin American restaurant and cocktail bar that blends bold flavours with immersive experiences. We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive community engagement, events, and brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints

• Build and manage a strong online presence through engaging content creation

• Organise and support events and brand collaborations

• Actively interact with guests to foster a welcoming community environment

• Coordinate with partners, influencers, and vendors to enhance brand visibility

• Collect feedback and insights to improve guest experiences

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle marketing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in social media management and content strategy

• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive

• Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling

• Familiarity with Delhi’s hospitality and cultural scene is a plus
