Job Description

Role & responsibilities Central Maintenance Body Staff Function Paint Shop In Charge Maintenance Experience for Robots, Conveyor Systems, Rectifier , HV Panel , Oven , Exhaust Blower , Chemical Handling Equipment . Should be proficient for PLC ,CC Link , Control & Automation System. Should have good trouble shooting skill. And should be able to do root cause analysis and counter measure implementation. Techno commercial expert for Spare Procurement, Should be able to analyze cost for maintenance activities and identify/plan for revenue budget. Should have good experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning and Execution. Should have thorough Understanding Calibration / Inspection Process. Safety Management and guidance to supplier / subordinates. ISO 9001:2015/14001 Implementation. Implement Education to improve maintenance skill. Specific Function Skill Must have good Communication Skill English ( To be able to read , write, and talk ) Must have good Computer Knowledge ( Word , Excel , Power point). Knowledge of maintenance of hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment. Must be able understand electrical/mechanical drawings. Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Component such as Pump working , Valve Working , Mechanical Drives etc. Knowledge of Basic Electrical Component such as Relays, Switchgear , Electric motor , Servo motor , VFD etc. Preferred candidate profile As per Company Norms ( Automobile Background)
