Key Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Commerce, aligned with the IGNOU university. 2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking. 3. Deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex economic concepts. 4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement. 5. Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey. 6. Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons. 7. Stay current with developments in the field of commerce and educational best practices. 8. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance, and other relevant data. 9. Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.
