Junior Lead Generation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai (onsite). As a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers for our products/services. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential customers through various channels such as databases, social media, etc. - Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies. - Engage with prospects via phone, email, or social media to qualify leads. - Update CRM systems with lead interactions and feedback. - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. - Track and report on lead generation metrics. Requirements: - 6 months to 4 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing. - Experience in working US shift is a must. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead generation tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
