Junior Lawyer

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist senior lawyers, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case-related procedural tasks. This role offers valuable courtroom exposure and hands-on experience in drafting writ petitions, filing cases, and preparing legal agreements under supervision. Responsibilities: Assist senior lawyers with case management and preparation. Conduct detailed legal research and analysis. Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and writ petitions. Attend court proceedings for case filings, adjournment applications, and hearings as instructed. File cases and necessary court documents timely and accurately. Draft and review legal agreements tailored to client requirements. Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Organize evidence and exhibits to support trial preparation. Support settlement negotiations and assist in legal advisory work. Manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong organization and time management skills. Continuously update legal knowledge and skills to stay current. Requirements: Law degree from an accredited university. Passed the bar examination. Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills. Strong organizational ability with keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and develop courtroom skills. Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software is a plus.
