Job Summery:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect/Interior Designer to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will assist in architectural planning, drafting, and coordination, with a strong focus on preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM). This role requires sound knowledge of construction materials, working drawings, and estimation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BOM (Bill of Materials) for architectural and interior projects based on drawings and specifications.
• Support in site analysis, concept development, and design presentations.
• Prepare layouts, plans, elevations, and sections for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Coordinate internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Participate in site visits, final measurements, and progress tracking.
• Maintain project documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–2 years of experience in an architectural firm or related environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
