About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret various 

  business requirements

   related to underwriting and claims.
• Support daily operations by handling and processing insurance data accurately.
• Perform data reviews and prepare reports using 

  Microsoft Excel

   and other analytical tools.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver insights.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Any degree

• Minimum 1 year of experience

   in the U.S. Insurance Industry (any line of business).
• Strong 

  analytical and Excel skills

   (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent 

  communication skills

   in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to 

  multitask

   and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Eagerness to 

  learn new concepts

   and grow within the organization.

Preferred Areas of Exposure

• Underwriting support

   or 

  Claims analysis

   experience.
• Familiarity with insurance data, documentation, and compliance processes.
