We're looking for individuals who have completed formal training or certification in Instructional Design and are ready to take on real-world projects. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to create effective and engaging learning experiences across digital and blended formats.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design and develop e-learning modules

Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments

Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate

Collaborate with SMEs and manage multiple projects

Ensure content quality and alignment with learning goals

✅ Requirements

Certification or formal training in Instructional Design (Mandatory)

Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms

Strong communication and content development skills

Familiarity with adult learning principles and ID models (e.g., ADDIE)
