An exciting opportunity in the maritime industry is currently available for the position of Junior HR Officer in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an HR generalist role. As a Junior HR Officer, your key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining employee records and HR databases. To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, is also required.
