Planning, Implementing and prioritizing Quality Assurance & Quality Control Systems and jobs as per Plant requirements w.r.t. Raw Materials, Packing materials, In process and Finished Products in coordination with concern departments. Establishing specification and Method of Analysis of Raw Materials, Packing materials, in process and Finished Products as per norms. Responsible for Leading and directing the QA/QC team. Ensure completeness of documentation and validation of process and analytical methods as per requirements. Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance Monitoring of all the QA/QC activities, test results, product defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes. Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined. Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc.
Maintain attendance & timekeeping records (biometric/manual). Update and manage employee service records and personnel files. Assist in HR documentation offer letters, ID cards, forms, notices. Prepare payroll inputs (attendance, OT, leave) and maintain HRMS entries. Conduct worker induction & onboarding sessions. Monitor leave, late coming, absenteeism, and disciplinary tracking. Support employee queries, internal communication, and basic grievance handling. Maintain statutory registers under Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, etc. Coordinate monthly challans & filing of returns (PF, ESI, LWF). Flexible to work in shift timings as per factory requirements.
Financial Planning & Analysis Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Analyze financial performance vs. budget and recommend corrective actions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Costing & Manufacturing Finance Manage product costing and profitability analysis specific to woven textile production. Monitor raw material consumption, wastage, and variance reports. Collaborate with production and inventory teams to control cost leakages. Accounting & Compliance Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with applicable standards (Ind-AS/GAAP). Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation processes. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and other statutory returns. Audit & Controls Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Maintain robust internal controls and improve systems for accuracy and transparency. Banking, Finance & Treasury Manage cash flow, fund planning, and bank relationships. Handle working capital management, loans, and interest optimization. ERP & MIS Reporting Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making. Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle etc.) to streamline financial workflows. Team Management Supervise and mentor finance and accounts staff. Promote a culture of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity in the finance function. Preferred Attributes Experience in a woven or textile production setup is highly desirable Exposure to export documentation , incentive schemes , and customs compliance is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
